We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content.

For content you generate using AI tools, you own all rights to the generated content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that:

• •You have obtained all necessary consents for any personal data

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content to operate and improve the Service.

ClipJet operates on a credit-based system. You can purchase credit packages to generate videos.

Credit packages are available in various denominations. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits will be automatically removed from your account.

Credits are deducted from your account when you generate videos. The exact amount depends on the model and settings you choose.

We offer subscription plans that provide recurring credits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be effective immediately for new purchases and at the next billing cycle for subscriptions.

AI Service Providers

ClipJet integrates with third-party AI video generation services, including Kling AI by Kuaishou Technology, to provide video generation capabilities. These services are provided by independent third-party providers.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

ClipJet is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kuaishou Technology, Kling AI, or any of their affiliates. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners.

Service Availability

Third-party AI services may be temporarily unavailable or experience delays. ClipJet is not responsible for the availability, quality, or performance of third-party AI services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, timely, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from your use of the Service or generated content.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• •Abuse of the Service or engaging in fraudulent activity
