1. Credit Packages

Credits are virtual currency used to generate videos on our platform.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Unused Only):

  • Full refund within 7 days if NO credits have been used
  • Once any credits are used, the purchase becomes non-refundable
  • Unused credits will be frozen when refund is processed

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
  • Any credits have been used (even 1 credit)
  • Credits purchased during promotional periods with specific terms

2. Subscriptions

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with recurring credit allocations.

3. Failed Video Generations

If a video generation fails due to technical issues on our end, you will not be charged.

Automatic Credit Refund

Credits are automatically refunded to your account when generation fails. No manual request needed.

  • Server errors or API failures
  • Generation timeout after 15 minutes
  • System maintenance or outages

4. How to Request a Refund
